Attention sports fans and readers: Pick up a Milwaukee Bucks Reading Challenge form from Waterford Public Library!

The reading challenge is open to all Wisconsin youth in the 3rd-10th grades. With each page read, students score points. When a predetermined number of points is achieved, students become eligible to receive a variety of prizes, including Bucks game tickets and a chance to win a Bucks autographed basketball.

Learn how to diffuse away the winter blues. Vivian Brooker introduces techniques with essential oils that may be beneficial in restoring mind/body balance and uplifting the mood. Monday, January 9 at 6:00pm.  Register online, in person or by phone.

Teens ages 12 and up are invited to join us at the Teen Advisory Board meeting on Saturday, January 7 at 10:00.

Join us Friday at 10:00 for a Sensory experience just for toddlers and preschoolers!

Children ages 4 and under accompanied by a caregiver are invited to join this class filled with stories, sign language, music and movement activities, and fun!  Thursday, January 5 at 9:30am.

 

Teens in 6th grade and up are invited to walk to the library on Wednesdays after school from 3 – 4:30 for Teen Scene.  The community room will be open with snacks, games, supervision and homework help!   Bring your library card and a friend.

Our first Make It, Take It of the year is on Tuesday, January 3rd. Stop in anytime between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to make a snowman game to take home. This craft is appropriate for ages 4–8.
