Waterford Public Library will provide a free library card to any library cardholder from a library system with a reciprocal borrowing policy. Currently, Milwaukee County Federated Library System and Arrowhead Library System do not provide reciprocal library service to out of county residents. MCFLS and Arrowhead Library System residents may pay a yearly fee of $100.00 for a library card for Waterford Public Library.
