
Yoga instructor Rachel Juergens will guide us through a “yoga sleep” practice on Wednesday, October 15 from 5:30-6:30 PM that equates to 4x the amount of deep rest and can have many benefits ranging from relaxation to helping improve insomnia, PTSD, back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, stress levels, anxiety, etc. Dress comfortably. Pillows, blankets, eye mask, towels for under the knees and extra layers of clothes are welcome. This class is for adults. Online registration required.*
