Candidates Forum hosted by the Waterford Area Moderates

The Waterford Area Moderates group is hosting a local candidates forum in the library’s Community Room. This event will take place on Wednesday, March 8 at 5:30. Stop in to learn more information about the candidates for the local schools and town boards.

Friends of the Library Fundraising Concert & Dinner

Join the Friends of the Waterford Library as they travel to the Chapel on the Hill in Lake Geneva followed by dinner at Pier 290 in Williams Bay! This trip is scheduled for Saturday, February 25th. The coach bus will depart at 1:00pm and return about 6:30pm. Included in the cost is roundtrip motor coach transportation with pickup at the Burlington Senior Center, the concert, a light dinner, tips and taxes. Cost is $55. For questions and reservations contact the Burlington Senior Activity Center at 262-716-0329. Deadline for reservations is February 18th, 2023.

Love Your Library – Become a Friend

Join The Friends of Waterford Library and you will be entered into a drawing for a gift card! Join The Friends by pickup up an application at the library, or by printing one from the library’s website, and turning it in by February 21. Bring your welcome card from The Friends to Reads by the River Books & Gifts store on Main Street in Waterford to be entered into a drawing for a gift card!

Family Night Out at River City Lanes with the Friends of the Waterford Library

Are you looking for a fun family activity? Join us on Tuesday, February 7 to support The Friends of Waterford Public Library and a local business at Family Night Out! Registration and payment are required in advance to secure your spot. Limited spots available! Visit the library to sign up and pay. Cash or checks made out to The Friends of Waterford Public Library will be accepted.

Friends of the Library Fundraising Day Trip

Join the Friends of the Waterford Library as they travel to the Civil War Museum in Kenosha! This trip is scheduled for Friday, February 17th. The coach bus will depart at 9:45am and return about 3pm. Included in the cost is roundtrip motor coach transportation with pickup at the Burlington Senior Center, museum guided tour, lunch, and a theatre program. Cost is $62. For questions and reservations contact the Burlington Senior Activity Center at 262-716-0329. Deadline for reservations is February 10th, 2023.

Off-Site Holds & Book Return at PS Gifts Update

Waterford Public Library will no longer be able to offer its Off-Site Holds & Book Return services effective Monday, January 30, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring. However, we will continue to offer our on-site curbside service. To use this service, pull into the “curbside parking” space in front of the library and call us at the number listed on the sign. Someone will be happy to bring out your holds or receive your returns right at your car. Thank you for choosing Waterford Public Library!
