The Friends of the Waterford Public Library are offering a $500 scholarship to area high school seniors who will be attending a post-secondary institution, such as a university, college, career/technical school, vocational/trade school, center for continuing education, or apprenticeship program. Applicants must be a resident of either the Village of Waterford, Town of Waterford, Town of Norway or Town of Dover. Applicants must provide proof of post-secondary education enrollment prior to receiving the scholarship disbursement, if chosen. Completed applications must be submitted by May 7, 2021 in order to be considered in the selection process.
