Join yoga instructor, Rachel Juergens, for the art of yoga and meditation in the library on Monday, June 30 at 2:00 pm. All levels welcome. Registration for each class is required.

Balance, hop and zig-zag your way through our tape obstacle course starting on Thursday, June 26! Follow the colored tape patterns and instructions throughout the stacks until you reach the end, where you’ll receive a prize! Geared for ages 3 – 10, but all ages are welcome. No registration required. Stop in anytime during library hours from June 26 through July 3 to participate.

For June, each participant will choose one meaningful poem and provide a copy of this poem to Sam at svogel@waterford.lib.wi.us by Monday, June 16. During the program on Wednesday, June 25 at 5:30 PM, everyone will have a chance to read their poem aloud and discuss. Advance registration required. 

Bring the family and go on an exploration hunt through the library on Wednesday, June 25 from 4:30 – 6:30 PM! Do you know Dewey? Are you familiar with the library’s layout? Do you know that we offer more than books! You’ll be challenged to find books, locations, and other materials within the library. Find everything on your list and return it to the Information Desk for a prize! All ages are welcome to participate. No registration required. 

Bring your quilting or sewing projects and sew the day away on Tuesday, June 24 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM. All are welcome. Meets in the Community Room on select Tuesdays during the summer.

It’s all about making and keeping friends as we create SWAPS on Tuesday, June 24 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. No registration required. All kids are welcome to participate!

Enjoy a free, family-friendly movie on our big screen in the Community Room on Monday, June 23 at 10:00 AM! Popcorn and water free for all attendees. All ages are welcome. No registration required.

Join us for a morning of stories and crafts on Saturday, June 21 at 10:00 AM! This nature-inspired program will have us creating wildflower seed bombs! All ages are welcome. Please register your family in advance for planning purposes. 

From Frankenstein’s monster to a pop star princess, bring your creativity to the table and paint a rubber duck masterpiece on Thursday, June 19 at 1:30 PM! Acrylic paints will be used, so dress accordingly. Registration required. Ages 10 and up.

Enjoy India’s Festival of Colors through rhythmic dance with Bollywood Groove on Wednesday, June 18 at 10:00 AM! All ages welcome. No registration required.
