Waterford Public Library will provide a free library card to any library cardholder from a library system with a reciprocal borrowing policy. Currently, Milwaukee County Federated Library System does not provide reciprocal library service to out of county residents. MCFLS residents may pay a yearly fee of $100.00 for a library card for Waterford Public Library.
